Prior to joining the Tim Carr Group, Anne Marie Ashley worked at a boutique real estate firm in Long Beach. Tim Carr was one of the founding partners and in charge of the company’s residential real estate division. Anne Marie served as one of the agency’s top agents, specializing in the sales of unique properties in the area to include Naples, Belmont Shore, Spinnaker Bay, Park Estates, Virginia Country Club and downtown Long Beach’s urban living scene.
